A fully automatic CNC contour-cutting machine known for its precision and sophistication, the SA-14AVHK is equipped with a vertical and a horizontal knife. This allows for 2.5D patterns. With the automation system, the horizontal blade can first split the foam block into thinner sheets before the vertical blade cuts the foam to pattern. The computerized conveyor system reduces the need for manual labor, requiring only one operator per machine. The 14AVHK is most frequently used in the manufacture of ergonomic cushions and seat foam.

The SA-1AF is a continuous foaming machine for the production of flexible polyurethane slabstock. The SA‐1BM is a fully automatic discontinuous foam block production machine. It can produce rectangular and round blocks, and is compatible with flexible, high resilience (HR), rigid, semi‐rigid, and viscoelastic polyurethane materials. Consisting of a mobile mixing system, a chemical metering and recirculation system with pneumatic injection valves, and mixing time control, the SA-1BM is easily operable by a team of three—one foam technician and two factory hands (operating three molds)—to produce up to 10 blocks per hour.

The SA-26AFC is a block crusher for treating high-resistance (HR) foam, making HR foam goods larger in area and more elastic. HR foam is often produced with closed cells, which, upon being crushed, increases foam resilience and volume. The SA-26B compression packing machine for foam blocks increases the storage capacity of a foam plant by up to four times the original amount. The block compressor reduces one block to a quarter of its original size and seals it in its own bag, before placing four compressed and packaged blocks into one larger bag for easier handling and higher yield.
