You become a SUNKIST customer the day you send us an official request for quotation. Whether you want a single machine or a total solution, our sales rep will send you back the appropriate questionnaire to fill out with details about your needs. All planning and communication happens at this stage, and our expert consultants are at hand to give you any advice your foaming plant needs to succeed.
This step concludes with a final quote which, once mutually approved, brings us to the next stage.
Once you send us an official purchase order and down payment, we begin production in Taiwan. You will receive a purchase confirmation that includes the projected lead time (typically 90-120 days).
Finished machines undergo rigorous testing. Customers can send us samples to process at this stage, and we send them back to you (at client’s expense) for approval. To watch the machines at work, you can also schedule a video conference or in-person meeting with our team in Taiwan.
Once the machines pass your inspection and ours, the purchase is complete upon your final full payment.

Delivery time depends entirely on your geographical location. We recommend most of our machines be installed by our expert technicians, who will also train your personnel on operational procedures and safety once the machines are in place.
