The SA-15A uses hydraulic force to press and cut die patterns out of foam. The tri-cylinder design increases die cutting speed, precision, and stability, making this machine highly suitable for cutting materials with a larger surface area. The SA-17 compression packing machine for pillows helps reduce product size for transportation and storage. The machine consists of a pressing unit, a steel table, and a sealing device for the polyethylene bag that contains the compressed pillow. The SA-25 is a hydraulic press that compresses foam scraps into bales for easy transport and storage from a conversion plant. Designed for safety and convenience, the machine accepts foam scraps into a silo formed by three protective walls that are easily removed for inserting the strings to secure the bale. Standard bale size is 90x90x90cm, containing about 100-120 kgs of foam scraps each.
The SA-26L is a compression packing machine specially designed for latex mattresses. As a material with higher friction, latex blocks do not compress easily by regular methods. The SA-26L uses vacuum sealing techniques to first fold up a plastic film on all sides of the machine but one, then suctioning out all air from the remaining opening before the heating element finishes sealing the film wrap. A versatile machine, the SA-26L is also compatible with other types of foam, and is a great single investment for a multi-product mattress plant.
The SA-2AHP takes care of special materials and heavy duty horizontal cutting. A suction device under the table ensures precision of cutting, and the cutting unit is equipped with two grinding mechanisms to keep the blade sharp throughout a cutting job. Furthermore, automatic grinding retraction protects the blade from unnecessary wear and production costs. The Heavy Duty Looper is an upgraded long splitter that first glues a long foam block end-to-end, then runs the looping system to produce a long continuous foam sheet roll. The digital control panel calculates cutting thickness and length, and foam rolls can be easily removed for lamination. The SA-2AHPR is particularly good for high-density materials, as well as water- and shockproof materials; end products include diving suits, mouse pads, shoes, backpacks.
The SA-4AH is a highly efficient foam shredder with a stationary and a rotary cutter, capable of crushing flexible to HR foam, and quilted waste like mattress covers. A built-in cooling system prevents the blades from overheating at high speed, and the size of foam chips can be adjusted by changing the mesh.
We’ve combined two Sunkist classics, the SA-4ASP and the 4AHP, to give you a highly efficient and productive scrap foam chipping system that can recycle over 1000kg of waste per hour. A two-part system, this machine guarantees foam crushed as fine as our customers need. If needed, metal separators can be installed along the foam conveyor to remove impurities that may cause damage. The SA-5AFH is Sunkist’s premier peeling machine for non-standard materials such as rebonded and high density foam, synthetic rubber, and other recycled materials. While difficult to process, these materials can yield products that are shockproof, soundproof, and slip-resistant—that’s where our SA-5AFH comes into play. The most common end products of this machine are playground and gym flooring and cargo mats to ensure freight security during transport.

One of Sunkist’s most popular machines, the SA-8A convoluter splits a single sheet of foam in two with a profiled side on each. The foam sheet is inserted between the patterned rollers and cut by a band knife, which comes equipped with grinding, auto-feed, and auto-stop functions to ensure the perfect cut every time. Swap out the patterned rollers for flat rollers to use as a horizontal splitter. The SA-8A is ideal for bedding and insulation manufacturers.
The SA‐9A completely recycles conversion plant foam waste by rebonding chips into blocks. Crushed foam enters the optional silo, then is distributed into the weight box. Set amounts enter the mixing tank, and then the two rectangle or cylinder molds for hot press and steam. Rebonded blocks can then be processed into numerous end products. Machine also includes an electric control panel with a built‐in weight display and metering system to control chemical and steam dosage.
The SA-PM is a hole-punching machine for work on flexible PU foam, memory foam, latex, foam, and even rubber and other more specialized materials. The main purpose of hole-punching is to increase the ventilation and flexibility of bedding or cushioning. Faster and more waste-efficient than drilling, perforation is the ideal addition to your mattress line.
