1. What happens after I fill out the questionnaire?
A sales assistant will provide you with the appropriate quotation according to the data you entered.

1. Are customizations available?
Put any custom needs in your quotation request, and our team will be in contact about any technical details and pricing.

2. Are installation fees included in the quote?
The complete quotation will consist of two parts: machine manufacturing costs and machine installation costs. These will be listed separately for maximum clarity, and if no installation fees are applicable, you will not receive an installation quote.

3. What Incoterms are available for quotation?
We offer FOB/CIF terms for use. If others are needed, please let us know.

4. Are UL or CE-marked motors available?
Yes. Tell us whether you need UL or CE-marked motors in your quotation request.

2. Can I customize machine color(s)?
Yes; please specify pantone/RAL colors.

Purchase Order

1. Will manufacturing begin once I send you my P.O.?
Manufacturing will typically begin once we receive and process your down payment.

Down Payment

1. Payment details?
We accept wire transfers and letters of credit (LC). 30% down payment must first be made by telegraphic transfer (TT), 70% of total payment must be made by irrevocable LC (ILOC) at sight in our favor prior to shipment.

1. How do I count the time until delivery?
We count the start of lead time by the day we process your down payment.

Manufacturing

1. How long will completion & delivery take?
Lead time is typically 120 days. Smaller machines may be completed in 90 days. The answer will differ case-by-case; please inform us ASAP if you need a rush order.

Machine Trial Test

1. How do I make sure the machine fulfills all my specifications?
While visits to our factory (at the client’s own expense) are welcomed, given the current global pandemic we highly encourage all our clients to stay safe at home and not risk travel. In turn, we will do all we can to supply remote video footage of your machines during trial runs.

2. How are trial runs conducted? Do I have to prepare samples myself?
We recommend trial runs be viewed remotely. You’re also welcomed to send us materials to use in the trial run.

Final Payment

1. When do I make the final payment?
1~2 weeks prior to completion, we will contact you about completing the final payment.

Shipment

1. How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends entirely on where we’re shipping to.

2. Who arranges for shipping?
Customer’s choice! Just let us know whether you want us to handle it or to take care of it yourself.

Installation & Know-How

1. How long does the machine take to install? How many people do I need?
Depends on the machine and the scale of installation. Ask our team after you receive the final quotation.

2. What’s the installation fee?
INSTALLATION & KNOW HOW
- We dispatch technicians to the customer’s factory for machine installation. Their salary is USD250.00 per person per day.
- The customer will be charged the following expenses for technicians: lodging, transport, VISA, and round-trip airfare.
- Technicians’ salaries are counted from date of departure to date of return home.

3. Can I install the machine by myself?
In order to avoid damage to the machines, we recommend installation be done by our technicians. If you wish to install the machines yourself, you must first sign a Hold Harmless Agreement.

4. How do I pay for the installation?
After the machine has been installed, we will send you the bill with payment instructions.

5. Prior to the installation technicians’ arrival, what should I prepare?
We will provide you a list of things to prepare for installation, such as materials, lift trucks, tools, etc.

Customer Service

1. How’s payment for parts handled?
Payments must be made in full by telegraphic transfer (TT) in advance.

2. What information should my parts inquiry include?
Please include the year the parts were purchased, the location of the parts, the number of parts you need, and pictures of the parts.

3. Is there a warranty on the machine?
Yes; all machines come with a 1-year warranty (not including consumables).

4. Are all your machines made in Taiwan? Are any made in China?
All our machines are manufactured in Taiwan.

5. What should I do if I encounter problems with my machine?
Please contact us with any problems you may encounter with photos and/or videos of the issue. Our technicians will provide tailored solutions and video conferences as necessary.
