The SA-16 automates the process of wrapping a mattress in a cloth cover. By simply placing your foam or further-processed mattress on one side of the machine, and spreading your cloth cover over prongs on the other side, you can fill that cloth cover with the push of a button. The SA-17 compression packing machine for pillows helps reduce product size for transportation and storage. The SA‐1BM is a fully automatic discontinuous foam block production machine. It can produce rectangular and round blocks, and is compatible with flexible, high resilience (HR), rigid, semi‐rigid, and viscoelastic polyurethane materials. Consisting of a mobile mixing system, a chemical metering and recirculation system with pneumatic injection valves, and mixing time control, the SA-1BM is easily operable by a team of three—one foam technician and two factory hands (operating three molds)—to produce up to 10 blocks per hour.

Designed for plants that create their own foaming recipes, the SA-2S gives chemists and operators the ability to experiment with product quality in controlled quantities, before scaling up to factory-wide production.
The SA-20AK specializes in cutting round or tapered edges on foam blocks, typically used by foam pillow manufacturers. A micro computer controls the cutting, and cut shapes include full arcs, half arcs, corner-to-edge, edge-to-corner, and more. Specify degree of roundness for upholstery, cushions, or pillows. Usable with flexible open-cell foam and rebonded foams.
The SA-25 is a hydraulic press that compresses foam scraps into bales for easy transport and storage from a conversion plant. Designed for safety and convenience, the machine accepts foam scraps into a silo formed by three protective walls that are easily removed for inserting the strings to secure the bale. Standard bale size is 90x90x90cm, containing about 100-120 kgs of foam scraps each.
The SA-26AFC is a block crusher for treating high-resistance (HR) foam, making HR foam goods larger in area and more elastic. The SA-26AR compression packing machine for foam rolls can increase the storage capacity of a foam plant by two or three times the original amount. Using a metal mesh conveyor, the machine compresses the foam roll until it can be wrapped and sealed in either a plastic or Kraft paper sheet.
The SA-26B compression packing machine for foam blocks increases the storage capacity of a foam plant by up to four times the original amount. The block compressor reduces one block to a quarter of its original size and seals it in its own bag, before placing four compressed and packaged blocks into one larger bag for easier handling and higher yield.
